Tis the season for cold and snow! There is no better place to be this time of year than in the hot room. However in the event we are closed due to weather related issues, all notices will be posted on our Facebook page 1 hour before class as well as on our online class schedule page.
Why practice Bikram Yoga?
The repetition of postures combined with the heat allows for systemic regulation and optimal functioning of all organs, tissues, glands, nerves, systems etc. The strict routine allows students to go deep in to a meditative state, focusing and relaxing the mind, while physically stretching, strengthening, re-shaping and healing the body.
