DIRECTIONS TO STUDIO: PLEASE NOTE: the following directions are an alternate route to avoid detour due to Buttonwood Street Bridge expansion construction.
From Wyomissing and the Western suburbs:
Take eastbound Penn Ave / 422 East – Business towards West Reading. Turn RIGHT onto S 3rd AVE. Go two short blocks and turn RIGHT onto FRANKLIN ST…go approximately 75’ and take first LEFT into the Bikram Yoga driveway. At the top of the driveway you will find our parking lot on your left.
From Reading and the Eastern suburbs:
Take westbound Penn Ave / 422 West – Business into West Reading. (NOTE; no left turns are allowed until 5th Ave). Turn LEFT onto S 5th AVE. Go two blocks and turn LEFT onto FRANKLIN ST. After S 4th Ave but before S 3rd Ave turn RIGHT into the Bikram Yoga driveway. At the top of the driveway you will find our parking lot on your left.
The repetition of postures combined with the heat allows for systemic regulation and optimal functioning of all organs, tissues, glands, nerves, systems etc. The strict routine allows students to go deep in to a meditative state, focusing and relaxing the mind, while physically stretching, strengthening, re-shaping and healing the body.
