We have 6 teachers who appear regularly on our schedule: Joel, Janis, Aidan, Megan, Steve and Michelle, along with many other guest instructors who visit periodically. We all have many years of practice and training and we each offer a unique perspective to this life changing practice. We look forward to serving as your guides.
Together we aspire to create a safe, welcoming, fun, inspiring and healing space for anyone wishing to improve the quality of their lives through the practice of Bikram Yoga.
