In effort to serve our entire yoga community and provide you with consistent, transparent service, we have outlined our Membership Policy. Please review this policy prior to purchase. Either download your copy, or view the terms & conditions outlined below.
HYWR’S OFFICIAL CLASS EXPIRATION POLICY
In an effort to best serve our entire yoga community and to provide you with the most consistent service please review our class expiration policy below. Before you purchase your yoga class package, please take a moment to consider how often you will need to come to class to utilize all of the classes purchased:
10 CLASS PACK (EXPIRES 6 MONTHS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE)
30 CLASS PACK (EXPIRES 6 MONTHS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE)
If you will not be able to use up the class pack before it expires based on the above information, then please consider not buying the pass.
EXPIRATION EXTENSION POLICY OPTIONS:
As a courtesy we can extend any FULL priced package for an additional 2 weeks beyond the regular expiration date. (Extension can be made at studio by desk staff.)
If 2 weeks is not enough time: Clients may receive a total of 60 days from the original expiration on their “full price” & “special deal” class packages by paying the difference between their reduced package class rate, and the standard drop in rate.

Only 1 extension may be purchased per class package.
Class package extensions may ONLY be purchased through the above process.
IN THE EVENT OF A MEDICAL COMPLICATION, INJURY, OR EMERGENCY…
We will provide automatic extensions without extra cost (determined on an individual basis) only if you email bikramyogawestreading.com while your class package is still active with a doctor’s note explaining the injury. HYWR may agree to FREEZE Memberships and Class Packs for extenuating circumstances, including but not limited to: broken bones, pregnancy and hospitalization. Once the membership or class pack has expired, we will not extend the time on your card or the time on your membership. HYWR reserves the right to delete any unused classes after their expiration date. We do not give extensions for “running out of time."

AUTOPAY MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
CANCELLING YOUR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP
After meeting the minimum contract terms for your Autopay rate, you are able to cancel your auto-month membership at any time by giving at least 30 calendar days written notice, via email to email@example.com, prior to the monthly billing date on which you wish to cancel your auto-monthly membership.
Your monthly billing date is defined as the calendar day of the month in which you started your auto-monthly membership. If notification is received less than 30 calendar days prior to your monthly billing date you will be charged for the next billing period and your account will be cancelled as of the next closest billing period whose monthly billing date is greater than or equal to 30 calendar days from the date on which the cancellation notice was received.
Upon receipt of your auto-montly membership cancellation notice you will receive an email confirmation from the office manager as to the effective cancellation date of your membership.
HYWR does not pro-rate, offer refunds or allow extensions and/or transfers for a canceled membership.
EXCEPTIONS TO 30 DAYS NOTICE
HYWR makes exceptions for the 30 calendar day suspension/cancellation notice for the following circumstances: medical disability, military service, pregnancy or geographic relocation. In these instances we will waive the 30 calendar day cancellation policy if notified prior to the auto-monthly payment date. If your cancellation request falls within these circumstances please provide us with sufficient corroborating documentation in your cancellation email. (e.g. doctor's letter, deployment papers, etc.)
