Bikram’s Beginning Yoga Class is a twenty-six asana series designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons, in the order in which they should be stretched.
Hatha Flow links traditional Hatha postures into a sequence of movements that flow naturally from one to the next. This class will explore variations of sun salutations, standing and seated poses along with body balancing. Modifications will be provided for postures to enhance flexibility, alignment, and strength. Suitable for all levels
A full-body, high-intensity workout based on the principles of pilates. Students will learn to apply the classic components of concentration, control and breath.
